AVP-Business Development

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced AVP-Business Development to join our team at Indosat. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Bid on new business opportunities and manage existing accounts to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
