Job Responsibilities:
- Account Planning (client info & power Maps)
- Industrial expert based on technology trends
- Fact Findings from client pain points and insight info
- Triggering new business initiatives with clients (Generate Rev /Cost Efficiency)
- Orchestrating client requirements and internal capabilities
- Defining clear problem statements based on customer's pain points/needs
- Solutioning driven by recommending solution best practices and involving the required pre-sales experts based on customer needs.
- Joint planning sessions for lead sharing and pursuing integrated opportunities
- Responsible for putting together the client proposal (solution design, pricing, etc.)
- Boxed solutions to be priced based on a predefined price list
- Bespoke services to be priced by Biz Dev + SA
- Present the solution to the customers and negotiate contract (with help from other functions as needed)
- Responsible for contract signing & booking
- As part of steering committee, align between delivery and plan
- Involved in reviewing renewals
Job Requirements:
Qualification:
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Informatics System or a related field. An MBA or relevant master's degree can be advantageous.
- Certifications in project management and business analysis are preferred.
- Specialized knowledge in a specific industry or sector.
Experience:
- Work experience as Account Manager, Business Development, Business Analyst, Product Manager in Solution Services or from reputable consulting services in Technology
- Work experience within vertical industry as an employee for a minimum of 8 years
Skills:
- BD Skill set (65% Business, 35% Technical)
- Broad relationships with private sectors, SOEs, and Government
- Updated on technology trends, especially in TechCo
- Experienced in project delivery
- Multitasking abilities
- Able to drive revenue growth (result-oriented) while ensuring seamless collaboration among all stakeholders to execute business strategies effectively (process-oriented).
