- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Maximum 29 years old
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree with any major
- Proven customer support experience for at least 1 years or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Work Shifting
