What you will do:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, through various channels.
- Responding and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
- Able to collaborate effectively and escalate matters efficiently.
- Knowledgeable with our products and processes, along with relevant markets.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Providing insights on the efficiency of customer service process and Voice of Customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skill.
- Able to work independently as team member.
- Basic English proficiency is required
