Pengiklan Anonim seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the development and implementation of patient service standards in accordance with company vision, mission, and business targets. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in planning and implementing service blueprints in service industries such as hospitals, hotels, and tourism.
Responsibilities- Create, implement, evaluate, and develop patient service standards that meet company expectations.
- Collaborate with commercial department to manage accommodation and doctors' consultation schedules for foreign patients.
- Maintain good relations with patients, including reminders for next appointments and follow-ups on dropped patients.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages.
- Knowledge of customer service, customer satisfaction index, and effective communication skills.
