**Job Deskripsi**:
- Melakukan review dan mengembangkan SOP terkait customer journey dan service untuk memastikan pengalaman klien yang optimal
- Membuat laporan dan menganalisa, serta membuat rencana perbaikan atas keluhan yang disampaikan klien
- Bekerjasama dengan departemen produksi dan kreatif untuk memastikan produk dan layanan berkualitas tinggi
- Melakukan monitoring aktivitas tim Service Consultant sesuai dengan standar layanan yang berlaku
- Terlibat dan bertanggung jawab terkait perekrutan, orientasi, dan pelatihan tim Customer Experience
- Mengatur program training untuk tim Customer Experience dan staff yang bersentuhan langsung dengan klien untuk internalisasi standar layanan yang berlaku di perusahaan
- Memastikan tim Customer Experience melakukan survey dan menganalisa data hasil survey tersebut untuk mengumpulkan informasi tentang pendapat klien tentang layanan/produk yang diberikan
- Melakuakn inspeksi terhadap tim service terkait standar layanan klien
- Menjembatani komunikasi antara ekspektasi klien dengan standar kebijakan perusahaan
**Kualifikasi**:
- Minimal S1 segala jurusan
- Minimal 6 tahun pengalaman pada bidang yang sama
- Mampu menggunkan Ms Office
- Mampu berhasa Inggris dan Indonesia
- **Berpengalaman pada industri fitness, aesthetic clinic, atau hospitality**:
- Customer Centricity Minded
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, team player, result oriented, integritas dan disiplin
