- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any major
- Fresh graduate or max. 2 years of experience
- Jakarta placement (but willing to work mobile)
- Have a customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Easily connect with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
- Track customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints
- Conduct research to identify profile customer
- Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
- Maintain Customer existing database
- Do the survey to all Customers
- Maintain an action plan after the survey
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp6,500,000 per month
