Key Responsibilities:

- **Schedule Management**: Organize and manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and plan accordingly.
- **Task Coordination**: Assist with planning and executing projects as needed. Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency and time management. Oversee the timely completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- **Documentation and Organization**: Maintain records, documents, and files in an organized and accessible manner. Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as needed. Conduct research to assist with project tasks or decisions.
- **Personal Assistance**: Handle personal errands and appointments as requested. Assist with organizing personal events or family commitments when needed. Ensure confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times.
- **Administrative Support**: Manage office supplies and other resources. Arrange logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes. Handle any additional administrative tasks that support overall productivity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Discretion and confidentiality.

Other Requirements:

- Flexibility in working hours as needed.
- High level of adaptability to support a dynamic work environment.
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently.
