Personal Assistant

Our client, a vibrant interior design studio in Pererenan, is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their growing team.
**Requirements**:
- Related experience in a similar field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Background in Landscape, Architecture or an Interior field is preferred.
- Prior xperience in a construction or architecture office is a bonus.
- Having a basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to organise and prioritise your daily workload efficiently.
- Strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask for reporting and follow up with departments and project coordinators.
- Works well in a team environment but is also self-motivated.
- Excellent critical thinking skills to analyse situations and make informed decisions.
- Based in Bali.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage scheduling.
- Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Managing Director.
- Maintain various records and documents for the Managing Director, ensuring they are properly organised and easily accessible. This may include files, contracts, reports, and other relevant paperwork.
- Conduct research and gather data to prepare documents, such as reports, presentations, or proposals. Provide well-organised and accurate information to support the decision-making process.
