**BALI REAL ESTATE - PERSONAL ASSISTANT**
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee and manage office needs, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Communication: Liaise with third parties such as suppliers and vendors for office requirements.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and manage schedules for meetings and villa visits.
- Administration: Create invoices, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
- Translate documents as needed.
- Input data and assist with office tasks such as copying, printing, and scanning.
- Director Assistance: Provide comprehensive support to the Director, facilitating their daily activities and ensuring efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Uluwatu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
