Personal Assistant

**Marketing Responsibilities**:
- Create media content for villa operations
- Maintain villa listings across several OTA’s
- Engaging social media posts for villa promotion and maintaining active online engagement.
- Editing and enhancing videos (Capcut).
**Management Responsibilities**:
- Respond to guest inquiries and ensure excellent customer communication.
- Oversee villa supplies ordering to maintain inventory levels.
- Coordinate requests from management and villa operations
- Maintain a maintenance calendar to track scheduled and recurring maintenance tasks.
**Administrative Responsibilities**:
- Maintain general expense ledgers from villas, including data entry of receipts.
- Organize and schedule meetings for internal and external coordination.
- Handle administrative processes for PMA-related filings
- Maintain administration of villa operations
**Personal Assistant**:
- Provide personal support, including shopping, reservations, and other ad hoc tasks.
- Coordinate transportation and travel arrangements.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Resourceful and Creative: Finds innovative solutions to challenges and enhances villa operations.
- Intelligent and Eager to Learn: Open to new knowledge and quick to adapt.
- Fluent in Indonesian: Strong verbal and written communication skills; familiarity with local cultural nuances is a must.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the area and local vendors is advantageous.
