A leading landscape design and construction studio in Indonesia is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimal two years of related experience in a similar field.
- Background in Landscape Architecture or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a construction and architecture office
- Must have a basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to organise and prioritise your daily workload efficiently.
- Strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask for reporting and follow up with departments and project coordinators.
- Works well in a team environment but is also self-motivated.
- Excellent critical thinking skills to analyse situations and make informed decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage scheduling.
- Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Owner.
- Maintain various records and documents for the Owner, ensuring they are properly organised and easily accessible. This may include files, contracts, reports, and other relevant paperwork.
- Conduct research and gather data to prepare documents for the Owner, such as reports, presentations, or proposals. Provide well-organised and accurate information to support the Owner's decision-making process.
