3. Familiar with Excel and Word

4. Fluent in English (verbal & written) and good communication skills

5. Honest and attention to detail

6. Professional & polite appearance

7. Exceptional organizational skills (able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and good time management)

8. High level of confidentiality and discretion

9. Proactive and self-motivated

10. Familiar about Notion & Canva would be a plus

11. Understanding employment & business contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Assist the Director in all areas of the business
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly schedules, appointments, and correspondence
- Prepare important, documents such as reports & presentations
- Handling company HR and legal processes and documents
- Manage payrolls of employees
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the national and local laws
