Job Responsibilities:
  • Developing sales of Gazpromneft and G-Energy lubricants in Indonesia in the B2B and B2G segments.
  • Negotiating cooperation with the management of large industrial buyers, as well as attracting large wholesale dealers in various regions of Indonesia.
  • Increasing customer base and attracting new Buyers in B2B and B2G segment.
  • Formation and development of sales department.
  • Fulfillment of sales plan and KPI system.
  • Conclusion of Contracts for supply of lubricants.
  • Control and support of shipments.
  • Participation in marketing events, exhibitions, industry conferences to promote Gazpromneft and G-Energy lubricant brands.
  • Providing regular reporting and sales planning.
  • Direct reporting to the Director of Business Development.
Qualification Requirements and Skills:
  • Higher technical or economic education (institute/university).
  • At least 5 years of experience in lubricant wholesaling in Indonesia.
  • High level of technical knowledge of international classifications and physical and chemical parameters of lubricants.
  • Proven successful sales experience in lubricants business in Indonesia.
  • Good communication skills, ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships with key Buyers.
  • Leadership skills, energetic and result-oriented, high level of self-discipline, punctuality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (at least B2-Upper-Intermediate) and Indonesian language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint and others).
