Business Development Executive for Oil and Gas Sector

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase customer base and attract new Buyers in B2B and B2G segments. You will also negotiate cooperation with management of large industrial buyers and wholesale dealers in various regions of Indonesia.
Responsibilities- Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer base and attract new Buyers in B2B and B2G segments.
- Negotiate Cooperation: Negotiate cooperation with management of large industrial buyers and wholesale dealers in various regions of Indonesia.
- Lead Sales Department: Lead and develop the sales department to achieve sales plan and KPI targets.
- Conclude Contracts: Conclude contracts for supply of lubricants.
- Control Shipments: Control and support shipments.
- Participate in Marketing Events: Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to promote Gazpromneft and G-Energy lubricant brands.
- Education: Higher technical or economic education (institute/university).
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in lubricant wholesaling in Indonesia.
- Technical Knowledge: High level of technical knowledge of international classifications and physical and chemical parameters of lubricants.
- Sales Experience: Proven successful sales experience in lubricants business in Indonesia.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills, ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships with key Buyers.
- Leadership Skills: Leadership skills, energetic and result-oriented, high level of self-discipline, punctuality.
- Language Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (at least B2-Upper-Intermediate) and Indonesian language.
- IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint and others).
