Optical Communications Sales Professional

Job Description
This role is focused on maximizing sales of Corning Optical Communications (COC) products to Enterprise customers in a specific territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and experience working in the same industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Understand customer business objectives and challenges, and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Create value for customers through innovative solutions and differentiated offerings.
- Maintain a balanced engagement mix with end-users, contractors, distributors, and consultants.
- Lead the NPI contractor program in the territory.
- Collaborate with distributors to drive sales growth.
- Train channel partners on Corning Optical Communications' products.
- Document engagements and manage project pipelines in Salesforce.com.
- Work effectively in a matrix team environment with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of sales management experience in the assigned territory.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the same industry.
- Solution and/or consultative selling skills are highly desired.
- A strong understanding of fiber optic products and solutions for data centers and local area networks is desired.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian structured cabling market, including current market conditions and opportunities, is highly desired.
- Ability to target and prioritize key customers, with a proven track record in time and territory management.
- Results-driven individual with high motivation and confidence to act independently.
- Familiarity with working in a multinational company (MNC) environment.
