Head of Channel Sales Partnerships

TikTok's global headquarters are in Los Angeles and Singapore, with offices in New York, London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo. We have a diverse range of teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science.
The GBS team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. This includes driving revenue targets from agency partners within Indonesia. Collaborating with senior C-levels to inspire and drive adoption of our advertising solutions is key to this role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Nurture & provide strategic guidance to a team of dynamic sales managers and individuals; motivating them to deliver on their respective targets.
- Actively seek out and onboard new enterprise-level agency partners to strengthen our coverage in Indonesia.
- Be an expert in TikTok advertising solutions and all matters related to an agency ecosystem.
- Responsible for programs that cover training, enablement and driving advocacy across our agency partner's organization.
Requirements:
- Commercially driven, enterprising mindset, self-starter, fast operator with a can-do spirit.
- Strong presentation, communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Currently based in Indonesia. This position is based in Jakarta and we will not be relocating candidates from other markets.
