About the Role:

As a Country Manager, you will lead and expand Fluidra's business in Indonesia. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, manage operations, and foster key relationships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Indonesia.
  2. Sales & Market Penetration: Identify new business opportunities, develop partnerships, and strengthen Fluidra's presence in the Indonesian market.
  3. Operational Leadership: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and alignment with global Fluidra standards.
  4. Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures to ensure sustainable business growth.
  5. Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations, industry standards, and corporate policies.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with distributors, customers, industry associations, and government bodies.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in senior management, preferably in the pool, water treatment, or construction materials industry.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and P&L management.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, regulatory environment, and business culture.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive performance, inspire teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
