Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Business Leader to lead our Moladin Group's regional operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving profitability targets, building and maintaining a regional network, identifying business opportunities, and developing go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve financial targets.
  2. BUILD AND MAINTAIN A REGIONAL NETWORK, including generating leads for partnerships and SME financing, qualifying leads, and retaining and expanding existing relationships.
  3. Identify and develop business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
  4. Assume a leadership role, monitor daily activities, provide go-to-market strategies, and ensure their execution.
  5. Evaluate the performance of all sales, credit, and collection activities.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) or Commercial Banking, specifically in branch management.
  2. Demonstrated experience in managing supply chain business operations is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
  3. Proven expertise in overseeing and managing sales, credit, and collection functions within a banking environment.
  4. Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
  5. Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards in all professional dealings.
  6. Extensive and well-established network within the region.
