Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from HR area or the same field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the same functions.
- Experience from a leasing company is a plus.
- Ability of leadership & creating networks.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Willingness to undertake business trips.
- Possession of a motorcycle license (SIM C).
What you will do:
- Work with clients and personnel to resolve conflicts and facilitate positive employee relations, maintaining a good working environment and high-quality personnel.
- Monitor the performance of outsourcing employees, especially in their respective areas of responsibility.
- Approach outsourcing employees to address fraud cases.
- Conduct anti-fraud training programs periodically based on company regulations or SOPs of the company/clients.
- Support the process of fulfilling manpower needs by collaborating with other parties to source candidates and perform the selection process.
- Handle employee administration and legality processes with local DISNAKER.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
- Provide training, coaching, and counseling for outsourcing employees.
- Coordinate and communicate with local client leaders regarding manpower fulfillment, employee performance, results, and working processes with a focus on reducing fraud.
