Sebagai Agent Partner Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mencari, menarik, dan mengakuisisi pelanggan baru sesuai target yang diberikan. Selain itu, Anda akan membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan dan memastikan pengalaman mereka terhadap produk/layanan optimal.
Tanggung Jawab:
- Memenuhi target kunjungan harian
- Melakukan akuisisi pengguna baru sesuai target yang diberikan
- Memberikan edukasi & informasi secara persuasif mengenai produk & program unggulan yang berjalan
- Mengelola hubungan baik dengan pengguna aktif
- Mengelola umpan balik pengguna aktif baik masukan, keluhan maupun kendala pemakaian produk
- Memastikan pencapaian target baik akuisisi pelanggan baru maupun volume penjualan
- Melakukan pelaporan pencapaian secara berkala
- Melakukan pelaporan kegiatan kompetitor untuk kebutuhan pengembangan interna
- Minimum pendidikan terakhir diploma
- Pengalaman bekerja minimum 6 bulan sebagai sales akuisisi di bidang bank/bri telco, retail, FMCG
- Menguasai area penempatan
- Memiliki kendaraan roda 2 dan SIM C aktif
- Menguasai operasional dasar MS EXCEL/ Google Sheet
- Mempunyai data pelanggan (retail, outlet telco, agen LKD) menjadi nilai tambah
- Bersedia mengikuti aturan perusahaan & ditempatkan dimana saja
