**Who are you?**:

- You are an authentic, resilient, humble and dynamic professional with a strong intercultural sensitivity.
- You are connected to a large network of SMEs in Semarang.
- You have experience in public and private sector program management.
- You have in-depth knowledge of the social economic circumstances, language and culture of Semarang.
- You champion networking and have great acquisition skills.
- You have excellent command of the English language, as well as Bahasa.
- You are comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365.

**Being a Representative**:
As a vital member of the PUM team, the role of representative for Semarang in Indonesia is both dynamic and rewarding. You’re not just a representative, you’re an ambassador. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, nurturing relationships and facilitating impactful collaborations. Your role extends to client acquisition and network expansion, crucial for meeting the targets set for your country.

What being a representative will look like? You will be actively on the lookout for new clients, screening them, and supporting and assisting them. As our representative, you’re not just ensuring smooth project implementation, you’re:

- Partnering with entrepreneurs, propelling their journey toward sustainable and inclusive business development.
- Leaving a lasting impact on the community: socially, environmentally, and economically.
- Driving towards and achieving targets set for Semarang in Indonesia.

**Ins and outs of the representative role**:
Initially, you will collaborate with our current representative in Semarang. You’ll receive an expense allowance of €100;
- per month and a performance-based reward. Once you have fully taken over the role from the current representative you will receive a reward of €400;
- per successful project. This reward will be shared between the two representatives during the onboarding period, the period you jointly handle projects for Semarang. We prefer individuals committed for up to 4 years. At PUM, we celebrate diversity and inclusion as essential pillars of our organization.
