Responsibilities:
  • Driving sales growth in the business-to-business (B2B) channel in the area coverage.
  • Manage operational & implementation of B2B agenda within coverage area.
  • Developing and managing relationships with existing & potential clients in HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés), government, hospitals, etc.
  • Area coverage: Central Java.
Requirements:
  • Min Bachelor Degree (Preferred Major: Business, Management, Economy, Marketing).
  • Min 3 Years of Experience in B2B Channel (handling Horeca / Hospitality & Health Care / Institution Building / Building Services / Manufacturing / Laundry).
  • Have leadership skills, with minimum experience handling a direct report team.
  • Good skills in B2B Account & Distributor Management.
  • Knowledge of Area Expansion.
  • Good collaboration & communication skills with main stakeholders.
  • Analytics & Digital Knowledge (e.g., M. Office - Excel & PowerPoint, Tools & Dashboard).
