Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for planning, implementation, and evaluation of all sales & promotion activities.
  2. Provide technical advice in work area or related business unit on marketing related issues.
  3. Coordinate the preparation and implementation of sales & promotion activities.
  4. Coordinate with Corporate Communication Department regarding non-direct sales & promotion events implementation.
  5. Assist Manager in analyzing product development and propose recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
  6. Coordinate with related Faculty for product knowledge and marketing activity needed.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with channels of distribution and industry.
  8. Monitor brand awareness level of each sales & promotion activity and decide what actions should be taken.
  9. Monitor the overall promotion activities (inside and outside campus area) for related work area.
  10. Monitor effectiveness of daily operation activities in related work area.
  11. Collaborate with other units in Marketing Division for executing joint sales & promotion activities.
  12. Coordinate with Marketing Intelligence Department regarding marketing implementation surveys.
  13. Evaluate proposals received from sponsorship.
  14. Evaluate sales & promotion team performance.
  15. Evaluate the performance of channel distribution.
  16. Management Support Activities:
    1. Provide reports to direct Supervisor.
    2. Suggest improvement processes related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort, and cost).
    3. Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
    4. Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
Education Requirement:

Minimum holder of Bachelor's Degree (S1).

Work Exposure/Experience:

Minimum 2 years in senior staff, or minimum 4 years experience in the related area.
