Responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration between regional teams and strategic partners to drive business growth and operational excellence. This role focuses on aligning regional objectives with partner strategies, optimizing performance, and fostering strong relationships to enhance market penetration and revenue generation. The incumbent will support the implementation of partnership frameworks, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and coordinate cross-functional efforts to achieve regional sales and distribution goals.

Key responsibilities include facilitating communication between internal stakeholders and external partners, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and partner agreements. The role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive alignment and efficiency across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Align with partner goals to drive operational synergy.
  2. Collaborate closely with internal teams in partners-regional alignment (S&D acquisition, revenue, channel operation and regional head of distribution) to ensure alignment of partner initiatives with company objectives.
  3. Track and analyze regional and partner performance metrics.
  4. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize market performance.
  5. Act as a bridge between regional teams and partners to ensure smooth communication and conflict resolution.
  6. Conduct regular engagement meetings with partners.
  7. Ensure all partner activities align with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  8. Standardize and document partner processes.
  9. Identify and support new market opportunities through partner collaborations.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, regional operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing complex relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-cultural or international environments is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel frequently to regional offices and partner locations.
  • Willing to be located in Semarang or Surabaya.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (if applicable).
