**Job Description /Output**
- Expand Networking and build an excellent partnership with clients (database & network) in Semarang and its area coverage.
- Event proposal concept, Budget Plan, Execution, and Evaluation
- Brain Strom with Head Office (HO) team (Client Service, Operational, HR Department) to produce excellent concept as preparation to run the new or transition project
- Monitoring and achieving Annual profit target & KPI- Monthly/Quarterly Update
- Implementation Strategy and Monitoring of all Projects that run in Semarang and its area coverage to achieve Principal
- Maintain & development all teams in the office coordinate with HR Department in HO
- Maintain all office operation coordination with GA and Finance Department in HO
- Maintain all existing projects & all project team (work agreement, database, execution in the field, reporting, etc) coordinate with Project Manager/Sales & Project Management Division in HO
- Act as Holding or Business Unit Team in Indolima Perkasa Group

**Requirements**:

- Male/Female max 37 years old
- Domicile in Semarang, Central Java (More preferably)
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or any background education
- Min. 2-3 years experience in the same field and position
- Experience work in Agency/BPO/Outsource Industry (More preferably)
- Expertise in Event Management, Activation, Field marketing/Trade Marketing
- Expertise in Digital and Social Media (More Preferably)
- Understanding of Business Development/Business Intelligence Concept (More Preferably)
- Target Oriented, Discipline, Time Management, Strong Leadership
- Meticulous, detail, strategical, and Analysis thinking
- Communication, Negotiation and English Skill is a must
