Job Description:

- Develop and implement action plans to maximize sales and enhance the malls' value
- Develop strategies and procedures to increase tenant occupancy
- Responsible for leasing functions, including reviewing and negotiating lease transactions
- Ensure tenant satisfaction and adherence to regulations and policies
- Manage all leasing activities, including attracting and negotiating with tenants
- Provide optimal service to tenants and clients

**Requirements**:

- Max 35 y.o
- Min 2-3 years experience as Supervisor/ Assistant Manager Leasing Mall, preferably with strong F&B Leasing background
- Have an understanding of the current market and submarket conditions
- Able to plan and negotiate and the knowledge of the market
- Able to overcome problems and provide solutions
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and client management
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
