Area Sales and Business Development Head

The Senior Branch Manager - SME Division will be responsible for leading the regional operations of the Moladin Group's SME Division. This includes developing and executing regional business plans, building and maintaining a regional network, identifying business opportunities, and developing go-to-market strategies.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve financial targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Provide leadership and guidance to regional teams, ensuring effective execution of business strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of regional operations, making recommendations for improvement.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SME or Commercial Banking, preferably in branch management.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales, credit, and collection functions within a banking environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Integrity and ethical standards in all professional dealings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
