Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Benefits Manager Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering compensation and benefits programs, including designing and implementing total rewards packages and overseeing payroll and employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent.
  2. Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits policies and make recommendations for improvements.
  3. Design and implement total rewards packages, such as incentives, recognition programs, and promotions.
  4. Oversee payroll and employee benefits programs.
  5. Maintain liaison with compensation interest groups and organizations and other companies to exchange information and keep abreast of new compensation developments.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines. Post graduate preferred.
  2. At least 5 years' work experience in compensation and benefits in multinational companies.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  4. Strong in data analytics and attentiveness to details.
  5. Possess a good understanding of relevant local laws and regulations.
