**About the Team**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to foster and champion a performance-driven culture at Fazz.
**What you’ll do**:
- Responsible for the performance and rewards of individuals, teams and groups at Fazz with the aim of improving job satisfaction.
- Align policies and practices for employee performance management and rewards with organizational needs.
- Communicate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of current PMS and rewards practices.
- Consult and work with Industrial Relations or Employee Relations specialist to resolve any performance review grievances and new compensation policies.
- Engage with business leaders to clarify business strategy and co-develop key goals and objective for senior leaders.
- Build and manage organization-wide performance and any changes to the rewards philosophy.
- Perform market sensing by obtaining knowledge of competitive practices within markets.
- Secure stakeholders' commitment in support of compensation & benefits policy, including health and wellness programs.
- Translate compensation management policy and strategy into salary structure, grade structures, and compensation programs.
- Understand the business strategy and determine its effects on the workforce.
- Work with senior stakeholders to deliberate cases where the compensation management deviates from policies and processes.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Proven work experience as a Compensation and Benefit with 4+ years of experience.
- Involvement in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits frameworks and performance frameworks.
- Proven track records in managing of various strategic projects with mínimal supervision.
- Strong in Project Management skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Familiarity with Mercer, WTW, or KF HayGroup position evaluation and benchmarking methodology.
