**About The Role**

This role is part of the GoTo LTIP team, which plays a pivotal role in establishing and managing the Long-Term Incentive Plan programs for GoTo Group. The team proactively works on enhancing the compliance programs and reporting processes to meet all statutory obligations effectively. This role specifically assumes a crucial component in talent mobility and relocation from a tax management perspective to craft and design mechanisms to facilitate the smooth transition of employees across various locations, considering the tax implications involved. By incorporating tax management perspectives into the overall LTIP framework, to ensure that the talent mobility and relocation processes are aligned with regulatory requirements while optimizing the LTIP offerings for our valued workforce.**What You Will Do**
- Annual review of employment/payroll taxes and regulatory treatment of equity awards in all jurisdictions (Indonesia, Singapore, India, Vietnam) while partnering with internal stakeholders on the completion of employment/payroll taxes and regulatory filings required for GoTo’s equity plans
- Own and manage various end-to-end equity administration workflows that support company tax policies and global tax compliance (including vendor management) and subsequently work to execute and monitor project deliverables
- Help navigate the new tax regulation using various communications, resources and engaging in cross-functional engagement with internal stakeholders to understand the holistic impact and execute together with the payroll team within the agreed timeline
- Identify opportunities for improvement/automation and needs in equity tax compliance, own and collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute it to achieve more effective and efficient end to end process and improve employee experience while ensuring compliance
- Provide ad-hoc advice to internal stakeholders regarding employment/payroll tax treatment of total rewards as well as equity compensation and analysis in relation to options regarding different plans or other compensation vehicles

**What You Will Need**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience with international equity and mobility tax
- Hands-on with both planning and execution
- Experience with stock plan administration
- Ability to work on cross-functional team projects
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, team building and communication skills
