Citi’s **Human Resources (HR)** team helps Citi to attract, retain and develop our employees across the globe. The team does this through supporting key areas including recruiting, diversity, global learning and talent development, benefits, compensation and employee relations.

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Vice President, Head of Rewards Indonesia - Hybrid** (Internal Job Title: Vice President - **C13**) based in Jakarta, Indonesia. **In this role, you’re expected to**:

- Assist in developing and executing the firm's reward strategy.
- Ensure that reward practices are compliant with the relevant regulatory recommendations and requirements.
- Manage Compensation/payroll/Benefit's administration function staff budget and planning.
- Manage the key areas of rewards, benefits and pensions and liaises with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach.
- Formulate policy initiatives and partners with HR and/or directly with the Business, CES and other external Consultants to implement and deliver projects.
- Assist with managing Citi’s Health Care programs including Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Trip/Transit, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Retiree Medical Programs
- Handle and resolve escalated individual participant issues.
- Handle day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.
- Provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business.
- Perform training on Citi’s benefits for HR colleagues and employees.
- Ensure consistent compensation policies and practices are applied across all employees.
- Manage market data process including surveys, individual benchmarking, and presentation of results to Senior Managers
- Conduct benchmarking, market, and internal equity analysis
- Lead Project management and program execution for new compensation policies and pay management across the business
- Lead coordination of annual compensation process for salary review and incentive awards
- Partner with regional colleagues to ensure global consistency
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant employment regulation within total reward
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
