We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Associate Vice President/Vice President - Credit Card Acquisition Manager.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare activation and acquisition campaigns with the excellent fulfillment process, and deliver the acquisition target and customer growth.
- Manage and develop alternate sales channels throughout digital, face-to-face channels, and strategic partners for acquisition.
- Liaise with all sales channels to devise effective sales strategies, review sales score cards, and achieve the target numbers.
- Work with credit risk to ensure sourcing is optimized, and sourcing policies are aligned to target segment.
- Review back end processes and document requirements to achieve TAT.
Qualifications

- Experience in Credit Card especially in managing acquisition team.
- Record of accomplishment of successful implementation of acquisition strategy, which enable customer growth.
- Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
- Strong analytical mind, self-motivated with good market sense.
- Highly organized, independent with strong initiatives.
- Analytical with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
