It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Wealth and Personal Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Associate Vice President **Retail Business Banking Team Leader**

**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be responsible to support growth SME Lending /Funding within your area and able to manage team, credit risk, credit proposal, monitoring the installment. You need to have a good networking and collaboration with other department and ensure delivery consistently excellent customer experience.
Qualifications

**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Hold minimum of Bachelor's Degree
- Have minimum 8 years experience in SME segment
- High motivation and strong sales driven
- Has passion to build career in SME area and good networking is a must
- High motivation and strong commercial drive
- This position will be placed at Jakarta
