It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Associate Vice President **Bonds Product Manager**

**Responsibilities**:
The Product role holder will support Investment Product team to drive growth of retail investment product line.

Role holders will carry out activities which will include most of the below:

- Contribute to the development of product and services standard
- Participate in the development and deployment of innovative products and services, optimization of existing product shelf, as well as growing revenues
- Participating in defining, developing & managing propositions encompassing customer insight, articulating the products required
- Plan, manage and control product development, market research and other related business development initiatives to achieve tactical and strategic objectives for the products
- Lead product initiatives specifically in the areas of new product development, product feature enhancement and pricing
- The role holder may be required to acquire knowledge of a product area and in some geographies may need to hold specific certificates or need membership of a regulatory body.
Qualifications

**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Having product experience min. 5 years (wealth management product especially)
- Good communicator and able to liaise well with stakeholders
- Having initiatives on 4Ps (Product, Pricing, Process, Profitability)
- Bachelor or more graduates
