It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Associate Vice President Consumer Asset Business Transformation - Scoring Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong partnership with external partners which provides alternative data score and internal stakeholders. This Involves regular communication, understanding business needs to ensure a mutual benefit partnership.
- End to end project management: from initial planning and development to executions and evaluations.
- Performance evaluation and optimization: Monitoring key performance indicator, make decision based on data driven, to assess and evaluate the result and performance of partnership, identify area of improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with the relevant Credit Card teams (Ops, Contact Center, Finance, Credit Risk, Collection, Authorization Team, Fraud Team, etc.) to ensure that the functional features of credit cards on the old system can function in accordance with the requirements provided.
- If necessary, collaborate with the compliance team and related Credit Card and personal loan teams in order to submit approval to internal bank includes group regional and the regulator.
Qualifications

**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Excellent leadership and people skill.
- Deep expertise in defining business requirement, reviewing the solution, ensuring the deliverables are well implemented.
- Analytically sharp, promptly understands new concepts, self driven and high sense of ownership.
- Experience in build Credit Scoring for Consumer products will be preferrable.
- Experience in build Credit Policy Acquisition will be advantage.
- Experience in delivering key projects and technology / digital transformation.
- Excellent Bahasa and English both verbal and written.
- Excellent collaboration with various stakeholders and Business partners.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management / business transformation, Credit Policy/Analytics and Scoring.
