We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Senior Vice President BB Asset Relationship Manager.**

**Responsibilities**:
The role holder is expected to acquire, retain, and expand relationship with the customers we want to bank within the segment, by profitably identifying and meeting their needs. The main objective is to grow market share and eventually to maximize stakeholder values in line with the strategic and operating objectives. BB Asset RM is also required to perform all administration tasks related to onboardig process and for maintaining good policy governence within their portfolios.
Qualifications

**Requirements**:

- Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree.
- Has minimum 10 years relevant experience in Banking institution especially in lending.
- Having strong networks and community in various industries players in Indonesia (industry associations) is a point plus.
- Being familiar with lending products (complex and simple) and deep understanding about credit risk management and financial report. Experience on hadling lending clients will be an advantage.
- Being familiar with cash management solution products for corporate clients will be an advantage including digital banking.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and built relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Has good understanding on "Know Your Customer" (KYC), Financial Crime, Money Laundering and Bribery procedures to ensure strictly audit compliance.
- Has ability to serve and investigate for any clients enquiries and complaints within given procedures and guidelines.
- Has good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Has expertise in operating Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel and Power Points.
