Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the growth and expansion of our food instant delivery solutions. As the Director of Growth and Expansion, you will be responsible for defining targets, KPIs, action plans, reviewing, and improving periodically.

You will also be in charge of Food Delivery App Performance by increasing new and active users, onboarding partners, revenue, and profit of the product.

Key responsibilities include developing marketing plans and activities with controlled costs and measurable impact, building and exploring business plans and market analysis, handling and developing new outlets and brands for expansion needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction and hygiene operational excellence practices.

This role requires collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Tech Teams in developing Food Delivery Services products, as well as providing reports to the C-Level and founder on sales, profit & loss reports, and expense control.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Mid-Senior leadership position in a tech and app business, especially in Instant Food Delivery.
  • Experience in a role of growth, product, or business development position in B2C application products.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and data analysis.
  • Experience in managing and driving user acquisition in a retail/B2C app environment.
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
