**About the job**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work in conjunction with the Marketing Director, and Brand Director to assist build the trade B2B marketing strategy, annual plan, vision and values.
- Execution of the B2B Marketing & Communications plan, overseeing and developing marketing offline campaigns, building brand awareness, customer recruitment and retention.
- You will utilise the marketing mix and will be responsible for communications to our B2B audience of high calibre organisations.
- Develop and foster relationships with FMCG business partners, store teams, internal PPD Store team and PPD Brand team.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and corporate marketing, to develop and implement programs
- Drive all B2B marketing activities, in collaboration with the Business Development Team.
- Organise events and exhibitions at industry events
- Analysis of the results of all marketing activity and reporting of marketing KPIs
- Research target markets & track competitor's marketing activity
- Measure marketing effectiveness, collating information on campaign ROI and providing monthly KPI & budget reports
- Ensure smooth new product launch and review product performance with commercial team
- Manage all agency relationships to ensure they have a clear understanding of the marketing strategy, brand positioning, clear objectives and are held to account ensuring their monthly KPI's are being met
- Optimise the customer journey and the customer instore retail experience
**Job Requirements**
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
- Advanced English is a must
- Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
- Ability to travel as necessary
- We’re looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in marketing
- Preferred experience in wellness & sports
- Sales experience background
**Salary**: From Rp15,000,000 per month
