As an IT Channel manager, develop and maintain regional customers, increase channel coverage, and increase the number of active dealers.
- Be responsible for the development and achievement of sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out sales targets of dealers and retailers. Improve the IT channel coverage of terminal products in the region. Implement branding and service-related work in the region.
- Making and communication for a new product launching plan.
- Making joint business and marketing plans with **retail customers**.
- Management of credit, payment, commission of retail customers.
- Cooperate with retail managers, carry out retail strategy and shop operation management.
- Management of salesmen and market supervisors.
- Establish a healthy cooperation relationship with customers.

**Requirement**
- At least more than 3 years of IT sales experience.
- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
- Proactive, self-driven and result oriented.
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Especially Excel & Powerpoint)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English

Gaji: Rp15.000.000 - Rp20.000.000 per bulan
