Lead Sales

**Description**:
- Establish and manage the payment business partnership on behalf of Tokopedia by working closely with payment partners (acquiring, issuing Bank and Principal), responsible of the P&L, operations, monitor the Product Development and Marketing campaigns to ensure the continued growth of payment business and the overall Tokopedia objectives (cost efficiency, generate revenue and increase payment partners promo subsidies).
**What You Will Do**
- The main PIC in building and maintaining relationships with strategic payment partners
- Define the business growth plan with payment partners by identifying focus for initiatives and prioritizing product / marketing/ other resource
- Responsible for managing payment collaboration, including maintaining business and operations, as well as reviewing commercial
- Optimizing payment penetration and managing payment cost and revenue in Tokopedia platform
- Own business OKRs of Payment, measure and report the performances, share the insight, and assess against goals
- Work closely with other BUs, other functions within the internal Tokopedia team i.e analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives, ensure smooth and effective collaboration, as well as to ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
**What You Will Need**
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in banking industry, e-commerce, Payment gateway, payment business and product, or fintech company
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, team working and partnership working skills
- Strong analytical thinking, Proactive and have good problem-solving skill.Excellent written and verbal communication across the team
- Strong track record in operating in complex and dynamic environments
- Excellent time management skills and abilities to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with good planning and problem-solving skills who is willing to go the extra mile
