Business Development Specialist

**Responsibilities**
- Analysing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth
- Monitor revenue and identify opportunities to increase profitability
- Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies
- Perform competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share
- Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships
- Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
**Qualifications**
- Proven working experience in Business Development or Marketing, or similar
- Advanced knowledge of business development and marketing strategies
- Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients and customers
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor behaviour
- Ability to advise on possible joint mergers and joint ventures
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work individually or as a group
- Able to work ONSITE in the designated office
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 1 month
**Salary**: Rp5,500,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
