As a **Business Development Specialist**, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base within the events, functions, and catering sectors. Your focus will be on selling coffee cart services and comprehensive meeting packages to businesses, event organizers, and individuals. You will work closely with internal teams to customize solutions, ensuring client needs are met with excellence. If you are passionate about hospitality, sales, and delivering memorable event experiences, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue within the event, function, and catering markets.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including corporate companies, event organizers, venues, and catering firms, to promote coffee cart services and meeting packages.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in the hospitality, event, and corporate industries.
- Customize and sell event and catering packages that meet client needs, including coffee services, meeting packages, and additional catering options.
- Collaborate with the event coordination team to ensure seamless service delivery for each client and event.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline by generating new leads and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and stay ahead of competitors.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales with maximum profitability.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and meetings to represent the company and develop business opportunities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the event, catering, or hospitality industry.
- Strong network within the events or corporate space is a plus.
- Existing contacts in corporate, events, and hospitality sectors.
- Experience with B2B sales and building long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver customized proposals that meet client needs.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage client relationships and track sales pipelines.
- Knowledge of coffee and catering services is an advantage.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
