Job Responsibilities
- Perform business development activities and acquire new customers with permaneNt or contract and temp staffing needs
- Formulate business strategy with senior management and meet KPIs set
- Execute initiatives through market research, networking and enlarging footprints in target markets
- Qualify leads and negotiate terms offered to clients
- Work closely with stakeholders in the company to ensure quality delivery of our services
- Closely monitor and prepare submissions for government and private tenders
- Collaborate with Marketing & Customer Service to optimise marketing strategies, analysing of market trends and data besides delivering effective value propositions
- Develop and maintain strong working relationship & business partnering with local & regional divisional internal stakeholders, strategic suppliers and external partnerships

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience
- B2B (Business-to-Business) experience is a must
- Target-oriented with a strong hunter attitude
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability in handling business stakeholders

**Salary**: Rp20,000,000 - Rp30,000,000 per month
