**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Business Development Manager** based in Jakarta, Indonesia, to provide participate in Lockheed Martin corporate engagement, business development and coordination of relationships with stakeholders in Indonesia.
- Reporting to our Senior Country Manager, the
- **Business Development Manager** will also be strengthening the Lockheed Martin image and increasing understanding of and support for Lockheed Martin goals and objectives.
- Some of the key Government Relations and Business Development Supports/responsibilities include (not limited to):

- Coordinate with the Senior Country Manager in maintaining relationships and communication with operational level at the MOD, TNI and other key stakeholders; and assist Senior Country Manager to plan and execute visit preparations and business meetings for senior Lockheed Martin executives.
- Provide support to LM Business Area to (1) process necessary accesses to military bases and key stakeholders offices, (2) provide assistances to the program’s FSR in Indonesia and (3) provide other administrative assistances to the ongoing programs and pursuits,
- Monitor regional Indonesia policy activities and initiatives and advice Lockheed Martin leadership and staff on relevant policy proposals, actions and potential impact on business.
- Develop materials in support of the organization’s business development activities such as country briefings, talking points, legislative/political summaries, fact sheets, meeting papers, reports and communication.
- Assist in maintaining business conduct in strict compliance with all corporate and company command within applicable country and international laws and regulations.
- Help execute Lockheed Martin campaign strategies in Indonesia, to include providing necessary language translation and distribution of marketing materials to stakeholders.

**About you**:

- Familiarity with Indonesian politics, business and culture, Indonesia military organizations and government acquisition process is highly desirable.
- Commitment to personal excellence, ethical behaviour and integrity and ability to exercise discretion and capacity to handle private and confidential issues.
- Communicating effectively with individuals at all levels and possess proven people management/liaison skills and ability to work under pressure, multitask and handle a diverse workload independently.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and able to prioritize and action relevant and appropriate tasks requiring attention in the absence of the Senior Country Manager.
- Ability to read, speak, write and interpret/translate Indonesian and English. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
