Kami sedang mencari seorang Business Development Specialist untuk bergabung dalam tim kami. Sebagai seorang Business Development Specialist, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru, membangun dan memelihara hubungan dengan klien, mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi marketing untuk mempromosikan layanan perusahaan dan mengimplementasi branding perusahaan di semua touchpoint.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Menjadi poin kontak pertama ketika adanya lead dari calon klien
- Mengembangkan dan melaksanakan rencana dan strategi pemasaran.
- Mengelola akun media sosial perusahaan.
- Mengembangkan dan memelihara hubungan dengan klien, mitra, dan pemangku kepentingan.
- Menyusun proposal bisnis dan presentasi untuk calon klien.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal untuk memastikan penawaran dan layanan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan klien.
- Negosiasi kontrak dan perjanjian bisnis dengan klien dan mitra.
- Mengikuti perkembangan industri dan pesaing untuk mengidentifikasi peluang.
- Menghadiri konferensi, pameran, dan acara jaringan untuk memperluas jaringan bisnis perusahaan.
- Menyusun laporan dan presentasi tentang kinerja pengembangan bisnis untuk manajemen.

- **Must Have**_
- Lulusan sarjana (min. S1) di bidang arsitektur/sipil
- Pengalaman kerja yang relevan di bidang arsitektur/sipil, antara 2-4 tahun (terbuka untuk fresh graduate yang memiliki banyak pengalaman freelance)
- Menguasai software AutoCAD dan MS Office
- Goal-oriented, fasih dalam berkomunikasi dan memiliki growth mindset
- Berintegritas, kreatif, memiliki logika berpikir yang baik
- Senang berkolaborasi dalam tim
- **Nice to Have**_
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris dan/atau Mandarin
- Menguasai software Revit dan Sketchup
