Business Development Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the kids' industry.
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and products tailored to the target market.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior.
5. Prepare and present comprehensive business proposals and reports to the management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Having a Persuasive & Negotiation Communications Skill.
3. Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development or sales, preferably within the kids' industry.
4. Able to Speak English & Mandarin is a point plus.
5. Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
6. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
8. Work Placement : PIK 2, Jakarta Utara
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- S1 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Business Development, Sales: 2 years (preferred)
