Jakarta, Indonesia NEWLAB+ Group Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with creators, including Mega and Micro Affiliators.
- Manage the growth of our internal MCN in terms of revenue and member size.
- Ensure the Affiliator team achieves its targets.
- Maintain relationships with the TikTok Affiliate team and Marketplace representatives.
- Manage all Marketplace (MP) campaigns.
- Improve video content and live streams from Affiliators to meet targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role, preferably within an MCN or affiliate marketing environment.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
