**Requirements**:

At least has 5 years experience in training or people development
Able to compose training modules & schedules
Able to develop competency test tools
Able to evaluate training & Assessment results
Graduate from any major related to the role such as Psychology, Human resource, Law and any other Tanggung Jawab

Training
Create and develop (with HoD) Job Roles, Job Descriptions and KPI, and also ensure that all jobs in all roles for every positions are clearly described competency based.
Conduct organizational reviews by making and developing Organizational Structures, Reporting Structure, Work Load Analysis,, Job Analysis and Job Evaluations.
Assesses leadership development, team development, and internal communication program, and practices to ensure effective communication
Identify training & development needs within organization
Creating training module, development tools and learning materials as needed
Deliver training module based on Training Plan
Deliver training New Employee Orientation Program
Responsible for evaluating training and learning program
Development E-learning module (LMS)
Designing an integrated employee development program
Managing the right talent on the right place and helping the grow for company and employee optimum capabilities, including promotion, assessment, talent matrix.

Annual Appraisal
Conduct end-to-end Performance Appraisal process; consist of making Individual Job Guideline, preparing Performance Appraisal implementation and recapitulation, and also propose reports related to Performance Appraisal executions.
Measuring employees performance and effectiveness using Key Performance Indicator and yearly performance evaluation
