**Job description / Task & Responsibilities for this Position**:

- Design and develop effective organization structure to help people to achieve the organizational targets
- Manage job analysis, evaluation and job description as well as job grading
- Partner with HC Manager in creating Job Description and Performance Indicators
- Propose, review and to ensure Job Description and KPIs align with business goals.
- Help company leaders determine the headcount of employees which is required in a position through workload analysis or other measurements.
- Design, develop, and manage the strategies and framework of Performance Appraisal to evaluate and motivate employees objectively and fairly.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement and overall organizational effectiveness
- Plan and develop reward and benefit strategy based on reward and benefit market trend to ensure the implementation of fair pay system
- Implement the compensation and benefit program

**Qualification**:

- Minimum Work Experience 3-5 years professional Organization Development.
- Last Education S1
- Certified Human Resources Profesional
- Ever work at Tech company or multinational company will be preferred.
- Experience in full cycle of Performance management system such KPI or OKR at Tech Company.
- Experience with Organization Structure, job description, job grading, job evaluation, company SOP & Policy developing, Compensation & Benefit Program (including salary,structure) and monitoring
- Experience in leveraging technology to improve organization effectiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Multitasking, agile mindset, quick learner, and result oriented.

**Justification & Workload for current this position**:
1. Currently HC need dedicated person to handle full cycle of performance management system such OKR that UV implement since 2021 and organization structure as company business growth rapidly

2. Exixting team in HC & GA department lack of experience in handling part of organization development function, and every employee has beend assigned in another function of HC such People Operation, recruitment & people development & GA function.

**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp11,000,000 per month
